All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to COVID, shipping rates are higher than they used to be.
We currently only ship to the UK.
Shipping times are also dependent on the different providers we use (Royal Mail, DHL, OCS etc) and are out of our control. We will make best efforts at all times to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Due to Corona virus shipping rates are much higher than usual, up to 3 times to some locations. We have carefully chosen a combination of the most cost effective and reliable partners for delivery to your location.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
